  Our laboratory is called as EP5:
  an abbreviation of "5th field in Physical Electronics division".
  EP5 is a unique laboratory in the department,
  focuses on issues about electrical energy.
• history
  The origin is Electric Power Laboratory in Department of Electrical Engineering,
  modified into Electric Power System Engineering Laboratory in 1992,
  and modified into Electromagnetic Energy Physics Laboratory
  in Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2007.
• scope of research
  We treat various issues on electrical energy.
  To solve world's energy problem is our ultimate subject.
  We also consider efficient use of energy
  as a significant subject for a sustainable society.
