Research undertaken in Agri-Food Process Engineering Lab (AFPEL) encompass a broad range of topics from biomass conversion to food hygiene with a focus on process engineering. AFPEL is interested in all aspects of the anaerobic conversion of animal and food waste into biogas and bioproducts (digestate).
