About Us

We investigate advanced mechanical engineering and propose new interdisciplinary research fields.

The research area is based on mechanical dynamics, material science, micro-nano technologies and bio-medical engineering. We especially focus on the piezoelectric thin films, and piezoelectric MEMS as functional devices.

We hope we will be more creative and provide valuable new findings to the society through our research activities.
