Welcome to Isono Lab.

We have promoted the state-of-the-art researches on the novel micro/nano science and engineering field based on MEMS (Microelectromechanical systems) technologies. Our interests include a wide range of reserch fileds such as nano-scale semiconductor materials, devices of sensors and actuators, bio/chamical and mediacal applications and so on, based on the concept of creating the next-generation valuable MEMS technology.

This labolatory aims world-class state-of-the-art researches. We have already had the worldwide achivements on novel characterization study on nano-scale semiconductor materials using MEMS technology. We have collabolated with European institutes. Furthermore our member won many awards on the bio/chamical research.
