About Us
The Global Research Center for Education Policy and Planning (GEPP) promotes global research, international collaboration, and human resource development in the field of education policy and planning.
Established at Kobe University in 2025, GEPP works with universities, international organizations, governments, NGOs, and other partners to support evidence-based education policymaking and planning through research, publications, seminars, symposia, and training programs.
