私たちはナノテクノロジーを利用してこれまでにない新しい物質を作り出すとともに、次世代のフォトニクスデバイスに関わる基礎サイエンスからデバイス技術に関わる研究を行っています。特にナノ空間で起こる物性を制御して、超高効率太陽電池、半導体光アンプ、高性能光源、フォトニック結晶、フォノンエンジニアリング、高効率水素合成などこれからの未来を切り開く革新的な技術を開発しています。

We are tackling exciting, awesome science created in nano-structures and developing novel technologies that can play a key role in the next generation of photonic devices. By controlling the physical properties in nano-structures, we develop innovative technologies regarding high-conversion efficiency solar cells, optical amplifiers, novel light sources, photonic crystal, phonon engineering, and high-efficiency hydrogen generation.
