Registration

The registration fee for participants is JPY20000. The fee includes: conference reception, conference dinner, organisation costs and short social activity during the conference. The fee for accompanied person is JPY8000 for conference dinner and the social activity.

All participants, including invited speakers and poster presenters, must officially be registered.

For registration, please fill the form (.doc or .pdf) following the instruction and send it to KNT by FAX, +81-6-6202-7921. The payment should be made by a credit card (see instruction). Should you have difficulties or questions, please contact eckansai2@or.knt.co.jp.

Accomodation

We strongly recommend that you take a lodge in the vicinty of Sannomiya. Travel instruction from airports to Sannomiya is available here. We are planning to have shuttle-bus service in the morning (on 31 Aug, 1 and 2 Sep) from Sannomiya, a city centre of Kobe, to the Kobe Univ. conference site.

Three hotels are pre-booked within 7 minutes walk from the Sannomiya train station. They can be booked at the registration time using the registration form. We strongly recommend to book it in this occasion.

All hotels are equipped with:

• - bath, washbasin and toilet
• - free LAN access (cable)
• - satellite TV
• - towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, shaver, hair dryer etc.
• - many other equippement available in the room or on request (trouser press, humidifier etc.)
