International Collaboration
Our global academic partners(updated in March, 2025)
The Research Center for Membrane and Film Technology has a strong vision on international collaboration. Since its establishment in 2007, we are making our best effort on building academic partnership with renowned membrane research centers around the globe. Up to date we have signed MOU with 18 overseas partners in 9 different countries. Under this large academic network, we actively promote collaborative research and personnel exchanges. With the aim at accelerating the collaborative outcomes, we started an international membrane workshop in 2014 named the International Workshop on Membrane in Kobe (iWMK). In this annual event, we invite our academic partners to give presentations on their recent research achievements and have discussions on today’s membrane research trends (please refer to the iWMK featured page for more information). iWMK is now becoming the catalyzer of our international collaboration. Since the first iWMK in 2014, our co-authored publications have reached over 90. Feel free to explore our webpages on co-authored publications and joint research projects.
